Job description
Attend to cattle. Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, branding, catching and loading, hauling manure and hauling feed. Inspect, maintain and repair feed equipment, pens, yards and fences. May maintain records on cattle; examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries; assist in calving; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate. Haul feed and cattle to market.
