Job description

Sabor Farms, LLC. (“Sabor Farms”, “Employer” or “Company”) is a fixed-site grower which owns and controls its work sites and all agricultural commodities produced at such sites.

Sabor Farms is not a Farm Labor Contractor as defined under The Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) or the H-2A regulations and is thus not held to the registration requirements or surety bond requirements.

Sabor Farms seeks certification for 20 H-2A workers and 30 total workers. Of the 30 total workers, 10 will be domestic workers who do not require housing.

Special Requirements

Workers are required to possess a US Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or foreign equivalent (Licencia Federal de Conductor - LFC) and have 1 year of experience as a Semi-Truck Driver (26,000 pounds or higher). Commercial Drivers require physical coordination, decision-making ability, mechanical aptitude and driving skills. Commercial Drivers are expected to be able to maintain precise control of objects and devices through a range of movements.
