Job description
Manually cut fish bait; load bait into trucks and take to ponds. operate motorized boat and check traps; lift traps from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, 40 lbs. lifting requirement, frequent stooping & repetitive movements; traps are re-baited and put back into pond; load the crawfish sacks into truck and bring to market; check & repair broken levees where needed; repair traps as needed; help maintain shop & fields & working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
