Job description

4 temp positions: Livestock Farmworkers/Heavy Truck Drivers 12/01/23 to 04/30/24. Duties: gen care of livestock; feed, medicate, vaccinate, wash, clip, brand, spray, castrate cattle; detect disease; calving; maint heated water sys; clean & maint facilities/equip; oper equip. to mix/fill feed, remove snow/ice; keep records; drive semi-truck to transport cattle & feed.

Livestock: Beef Cattle

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Housing, tools, equip. prov. at no cost. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
