the worker will prepare, assemble, and fry carnival foods using deep fryers, mixers, warmers, and grills. The RFI also asked the employer to clarify the type of food items and items that will be prepared by the employee. The worker will assemble typical carnival-related ready-to-eat foods such as nachos, corndogs, funnel cakes, fried Oreos, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, cotton candy, caramel apples, hamburgers, and fries, which all require short preparation and cook times. The employee will not cut or chop any food in preparation for serving customers.

Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement facility. On-site clean-up and organize, prepare simple food items and beverages using proper safety precautions and measures. Set-up, stock, and clean service areas. Tear-down and pack up stock in booth. May schedule use of recreation facilities, maintain equipment, and operate amusement concessions and/or rides.

Special Requirements

Must lift/carry 50 pounds, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
