Job description

Scrape and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware. Wash pots, pans, and trays. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment. Transport garbage to designated garbage bins.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). Open seven days. Hours of operation are 10am to 10pm (Weekdays) and 10am to 10pm (Weekends). Shift days and work hours vary. Shift hours: 9am to 5pm; 10am to 7pm; 11am to 8pm; 12pm to 9pm; 2pm to 9pm; and 4pm to 9pm. Different shifts not listed may be needed based on events.

Special Requirements

Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
