The workers in the position of Custodians work with the following bio-chemical material cleaning products:
• Product Name: Clean On The Go Biorenewables Glass Cleaner - Recommended Use: cleaning agents
• Product Name: XClenete Multi-Purpose Cleaner - Recommended Use: cleaning agents
• Product Name: BNC-15 - Recommended Use: disinfectants
• Product Name: Spar-Go- Recommended Use: liquid detergents
• Product Name: Airlift Smoke & Odor Eliminator (BULK) - Recommended Use: air freshener

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris. Responsible for property dean up including the use of bio-chemical materials such as deaning agents, disinfectants, liquid detergents, and air fresheners. Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to guest rooms. Stock linen supplies in linen closets; load and unload linen carts. Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties as assigned by management.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). Open 7-days a week. Shifts are Sun. thru Fri. 8:30am to 4pm or till daily quota is meet; and Sat. 9:30am to 4pm or till daily quota is meet. Must work weekends and holidays; days off vary.

Special Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
