Job description
Garde Mangers will be responsible for the preparation of salads, hors d’oeuvres, and other cold dishes; including the shucking and preparation of oysters, setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and ensuring that ingredients are readily available for service. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least twelve (12) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
Example shifts: 1:00pm - 9:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm
