Job description

Perform duties like: Moving cattle to home location. Loading/unloading of cattle/calves.
Feeding/watering cattle. Prep feed for cattle/calves. Bedding in shelter. Assisting in the
birthing of calves. Calf care/feeding. Tagging new animals. Inspect livestock for illness/injuries.
Administering vaccines/shots. Working and vaccinating cattle. Weaning. Sorting/separating
and moving cattle/calves. Cleaning shelters and yard. Maintaining feed/water equipment.
Maintaining shelter, fencing, and snow equipment. Snow removal. Operating all necessary
equipment. Drive for any cattle supplies. Moving cattle/calves to sale yard.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30
days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme
temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent
stooping is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward
exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
