Job description
Attend to live farm animals that include cattle; Inspect, maintain, fashion, repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, fences including electric; Place yearling cattle on wheat pasture for grazing; Drive equipment to distribute feed and mineral to animals to supplement diet; Monitor animal health; Break ice in watering facilities; Pull cattle off wheat prior to hollow stem; Wean yearlings; Sort yearlings to be sold; Prepare calving areas; Process cattle by administering medicine; Assist with birth deliveries.
