Job description

Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, receiving, processing, and loading animals; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; Clean and maintain animal housing areas; Inspect, maintain, fashion repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards, and fences; Break ice in watering facilities; Check and replenish mineral to avoid bloat on wheat pasture.
