Job description
Job duties may include: peeling crawfish; cleaning, trimming section of crawfish for future processing, removing parts, inspecting product for defects; weigh product, prepare for sale or consumption; mark product; sort, inspect; cleanup of worksite.
Special Requirements
Must process at least 40 pounds of product per day to meet the minimum production standard within two weeks of employment.
