Farm Worker

Job description

On farm, due to insufficient workers in spring and early summer 2023, as well as the new acquirement of a ranch, our operations fell behind and we have not been able to catch up. We were unable to double crop due to the shortage of workers. Fences need to be fixed, irrigation system and fields need to be worked in preparation of upcoming growing season for double cropping. All equipment, machinery and tools to be provided by employer to workers at no cost to the workers.

Help with the adjustment, replacement and repair of the irrigation system and prepare fields for next year to insure we can double crop next year. Fences have went un-checked during the summer and fall, so fences need to be repaired. Feeding hay to animals. Due to the drought we are experiencing, workers will also haul water on a daily basis for animals.

Special Requirements

The employer will provide worker's compensation coverage of injury and disease arising out of and in the course of the worker's employment and no cost to the worker and will be in effect not later than the beginning date of this job order.
