Job description
Cleaning, treating, bagging rice to be delivered to fields for planting; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Clean all equipment with air and water, etc; assist with harvesting rice by auguring rice to dryers and using hot air to reduce moisture content, pull time samples for grading and checking moisture content; Transfer dried rice to bins and transport rice to market, perform end of season maintenance and cleaning tasks on machinery and equipment; Daily repairs and maintenance to the drying machine; Drive farm vehicle; Minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite
