Job description

Lift sacks of oysters (50+ lbs) on conveyor to wash, grade, and process through high pressure processing machine. Shuck oysters, box and run through cryogenic freezer for cold storage. Follow food safety requirements and wash work area after processing. 42 hours per week, Monday – Saturday, between 6:00am and 2:00pm. OT rate in effect when weekly hours exceed 40 and if any work performed on Sunday.
