Job description
We need seasonal help operating farm equipment-tractor during the spring to plant crops, in the summer to spray and maintain crops and in the fall to harvest crops. Employees will be operating a chisel plow, tractor, grain cart and drive farm trucks and do routine mechanical repairs on equipment. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate
Special Requirements
Employee must be a proficient reader. Farm and equipment repair experience and skills are required. Must have a regular driver's license and ability to obtain Illinois J51 license. Require 3 months experience.
