WORKERS MUST ABIDE BY THE JOBSITE AND HOUSING RULES GIVEN AT ORIENTATION UPON HIRE. EMPLOYER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A WORKER AFTER THREE WARNINGS GIVEN FOR UNACCEPTABLE JOBSITE AND OR HOUSING BEHAVIOR. WORKER MAY BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY IF ANY ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE IS FOUND BY THE EMPLOYER.
Los trabajadores deben cumplir con las normas del lugar de trabajo y del alojamiento establecidas durante la orientacin al momento de su contratacin. El empleador tiene el derecho de despedir a un trabajador tras emitir tres advertencias por conducta inaceptable en el lugar de trabajo y/o en el alojamiento. El trabajador podr ser despedido de manera inmediata si el empleador detecta cualquier consumo de alcohol o drogas.
