Job description

Oyster shucking warehouse floor worker will prepare shell-stock for shucking by culling, washing, sorting using a tumbler, and open the oysters to remove the oyster from the shell, clean, weigh, pack, label, palletize, and store. Shuckers will maintain a clean work area by re-sacking and discarding empty shells.

Special Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds because the sacks of oysters weigh fifty pounds or slightly more
