Job description

SOC Code: 51-3093.00 — Food Cooking Machine Operators and Tenders
• Steam whole crabs
• Cook seafood using steamers/boilers

SOC Code: 51-3022 — Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers
• Clean and pick crabs
• Debone and break seafood
• Separate meat by size/quality
• Prepare seafood for wholesale/retail sale
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations

SOC Code: 53-7064 — Packers and Packagers, Hand
• Weigh, count, and measure product
• Place seafood in containers
• Seal, ice, and pack products
• Assemble boxes

SOC Code: 53-7062 — Laborers and Freight, Stock, and Material Movers, Hand
• Move, dump, and distribute product
• Perform dock work
• Remove crabs from boats or trucks
• Load finished products onto trucks
• Use material handling equipment (occasional)
• Place raw product on processing tables
• Freeze and shovel crabs

Special Requirements

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Post Employment, Random.
