Job description
Maintain and care for outdoor grounds and common areas during winter months to ensure they remain clean, safe, and accessible. Duties include removing snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and designated areas; applying salt or de-icing materials; clearing debris; and monitoring site conditions for safety hazards. Perform winter cleanup such as removal of fallen branches and general property upkeep. Assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment used for groundskeeping activities. Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assigned tasks. Maintain work areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
Special Requirements
