Short-term Rental Cleaners

Job description

Daily cleaning of short-term rental properties. Specific duties include cleaning the following: toilets, bathtubs/showers, vanities, light switches, light fixtures, dust exhaust fans, mop floors, walls, mirrors, underneath/inside accessible furniture/beds, accessible windows, doors,
kitchen appliances, countertops, inside/outside of kitchen cabinets, running/emptying dishwasher, outdoor cooking grills, and sweeping exterior patios. Duties also include washing linens, making beds, and leaving out extra towels for incoming guests. This is a very physically demanding position.

PLEASE NOTE: This position aligns more with JANITORAL CLEANERS (SOC Code 37-2011.00), NOT Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners. This is the same position I requested (and received) workers for during the October 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026 season. I will be using Registration Number H2B-REG-00023028 valid from July 23, 2025 - July 22, 2028.

Special Requirements

Workdays may include weekends and holidays.

Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record.
