Job description

The workers may be asked to collect oysters from storage. The oysters are loaded into buckets and taken to the packer room for further processing.
Workers may be asked to assist with cleaning duties. Workers would use dish soap to clean the workspace at the end of each workday.

Obtain and distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect meat for blemishes and remove/discard; separate processed meat by size or quality and place oysters in containers; assist with plant clean-up at end of shift. Piece rate may be offered; rate will be determined based on wage determination.

No Experience/No educ.

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
