Job description
Perform tasks involving physical labor at pool construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: shovels, rakes, earth tampers, cement mixers, wheelbarrows, rubber mallets, brooms, circular saw, line level. Tasks include forming/shaping rebar, setting forms for concrete, and positioning and securing rebar in concrete forms to reinforce concrete. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. Entry level; requires supervision.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
