Lift Operator

Job description

Lift Operators will be responsible for creating a welcoming first and last impression for guests. The employee’s duties involve assisting guests in safely getting on/off surface lifts and gondolas when appropriate, shoveling and raking snow and ice on a regular basis on loading ramps, filing incident reports, and completing daily logs and opening and closing procedure reports which record weather conditions, number of lift stops per day, cleanup duties, and the last chair up and down. Lift Operators may need to lift up to seventy-five (75) pounds or more.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours and may include up to 12-hour shifts for special events. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, or 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, private club, or tourism environment.
