Job description

Dishwashing & Sanitizing: Operate commercial dishwashers and three-compartment sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans.

Cleaning & Waste Management: Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning service areas, and emptying/cleaning trash receptacles using appropriate tools like degreasers and heavy-duty bags.

Organization & Restocking: Transport cleaned items using utility carts and organize them on shelving or prep lines to ensure the culinary team has the tools they need.

Supportive Kitchen Tasks: Assist the kitchen staff by scraping food residues from soiled items prior to washing and helping transport bulk ingredients from storage or walk-in coolers to prep areas when directed by management.
