Job description
Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing all menu items as necessary by using prescribed portions and cooking procedures. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests. This is achieved by exceeding guests' expectations. Line Cooks will prepare food for guests and employees by following cooking procedures described in built-to manuals; place and display foods in serving containers; set-up and stock food items and other necessary supplies; fill customer requests by arranging chosen food items, adding prescribed garnishes and handing meals to customers; and maintain food line supplies and replenish food at workstation. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
