Job description
Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, soybeans, milo, silage, corn; operating and maintenance of irrigation systems; grain bin and auger operation; walking fields pulling off type weeds; operating haying equipment for hay production of swathing, raking, baling, stacking; assisting with calving mother cows; processing and weaning calves; preg checking cows; sorting cattle to be sold; driving pickup to obtain parts and supplies; driving farm pickup; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; speak and understand English.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
