Job description
We need seasonal employees to assist with the fall tilling and harvesting job duties. Employees will need to operate tractors and tractors implements to assist with tilling and harvesting of crops. Employees will also need to drive farm trucks and trailers to haul grain during harvest from fields to storage locations. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide $1/hr. bonus for returning employees after one full year of employment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer
Special Requirements
Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires extensive sitting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require 3 months experience operating equipment
