Job description

Cooks III will be responsible for a variety of food preparation duties (other than cooking), including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and preparing simple garnishes. Will assist with basic prep such as measuring, mixing, and portioning. Will stock assigned workstation with ingredients and supplies. Will also be responsible for ensuring food quality and the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area, and maintain safety, sanitation, and security of workstations. Able to lift 25lbs or more and work under variable temperatures.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, or 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
