Job description

Grassy Key Resort Group, LLC (DBA: Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club) seeks Bartenders to prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to resort guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties include taking beverage orders; serving drinks to customers; collecting payment for drinks served; balancing cash receipts; checking customer identification to verify legal age requirements for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages; cleaning glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bars, work areas, and tables; stocking and replenishing bar supplies and inventory; maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas; And, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
