Job description
Duties: Maintain safe daily operation of rides and jump courts, Provide excellent level of customer service, Consistently and politely enforce the safety standards of the facility, and standards specific to each attraction, Complete opening and closing duties, Promptly informs the Manager on Duty of any and all customer complaints or comments or discipline issues with customers, Report any and all injuries to court supervisor and/or management who is responsible for backing up the footage on the video cameras and uploading to the Incident Report Form with completed waiver, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of business, and additional duties/tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
