Job description

**RFI Response**
Our workers do not fell trees or trim/remove above canopy limbs branches. These tasks are limited to subcontracted experienced arborist personnel. Our landscape laborers use pruning saws, pruning poles, electric clippers, brush trimmers and rakes to prune lower level tree limbs/branches or large bushes from ground level only.

Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which include strategic pruning of shrubs and trees, tree and leaf removal, property clean up, aeration and seeding and irrigation system winterization activities. Workers may also spread ice melt or remove snow from sidewalks and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers and ride-on mowers with an attachment.

Special Requirements

Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
