Job description
Responsible for preparing and cooking orders for daily operations in accordance with standard recipes, portion and quality standards; butchering fish and/or meats; prepare sauces and stocks; and maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area, including cleaning assigned kitchen station area at the end of shift.
Special Requirements
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day; communicate in and read recipes in English; and lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Pre-hire background check required. References might be requested.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.
Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 5am-1pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, 4pm-1am, 6-2pm, 9-5pm, 1-9pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company)
Overtime may be available at $31.50 - $45.00 per hour.
