Job description

Directly Supervises food and beverage team members throughout meal service and Set up. Check all specifications for that day of operation and ensure it is accurately set up and communicated. Follow all sanitary laws and regulations, as well as company policies regarding proper cleaning and safe food handling. Must possess strong interpersonal and organization skills, as well as being extremely thorough and efficient. Communicate effectively with staff members, management and kitchen during service. Ensure that all guests have a memorable experience filled with hospitality and exceptional service. Must be able to lift 50lbs safely. Past Food and Beverage Supervisory experience preferred.

Minimum 35 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts: 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 7am – 3pm, 8 am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am, 5pm-1am. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy.

Restaurant Food & Beverage Supervisor Basic Wage: $20.45

Banquet Food & Beverage Supervisor- Service Fee position: $20.45/hr. Cash wage $8-$15 plus a percentage of the Service Charge to meet $20.45/hr. Allowed Service Fee credit applied per FLSA guidelines. Employer guarantees offered wage in any given work week when service fee compensation does not make hourly wage equal/or exceed base rate of $20.45. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure.

Overtime: An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at
time-and-a half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at
$30.68/hr. The regular rate will be computed by adding together total earnings for the workweek from
all sources, then dividing that number by the total hours worked in the workweek. A single workweek
will be used to compute overtime wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.

Special Requirements

Must be minimum of 18 years old. Must be able to supervise up to 15 employees. Must be able to work at least a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort. Post-Employment Criminal Background check is required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Applicants must complete an employment application.
