Job description

**MORNING SHIFT**
-Review notes from afternoon shift.
-Brew Coffee and set up coffee station.
-Review the interior of the Welcome Dome for cleanliness.
-On online portals: review outstanding guest interactions and respond, print Arrivals and Departures list for all departments, coordinate with coworkers to effectively handle guest situations, and begin check out process for departed guests.
-Record any issues in CloudBeds under Guest Notes as guests are checking out.
-Keep consistent communication with all Concierge on duty.
-Keep consistent communication with Housekeeping Staff as departures are happening.
-Stuff Pamphlets and Label arrivals for the current day.
-Fill s’mores kits and restock skewers for PM Staff.
-Fill indoor fire feature with Clean Burn fuel.
-Preform Inventory and restock.
-Restock/Clean bathrooms (check often)
-Sweep/Mop Floors as well as dust surfaces.
-Assist with check in Duties for Guest Arrivals.
-Report issues to afternoon shift before end of shift.

**AFTERNOON SHIFT**
-Review With morning shift and concierges: romance packages, VIP special accommodations, early arrivals, any pending issues with current guests or departures, any pending issues with Domes, entertainment updates, any other important information that is needed.
-Review the interior of the Welcome Dome for cleanliness.
-On online portals: review outstanding guest interactions and respond, coordinate with coworkers to effectively handle guest situations, and begin check-in process.
-Record any issues or relative information in CloudBeds under Guest Notes as guests are checking in.
-Keep consistent communication with Guests via App to attend needs.
-Keep consistent communication with all Concierge on duty.
-Keep consistent communication with Housekeeping Staff as arrivals are happening and report: maintenance occupied rooms, romance packages and VIP special accommodations, early arrivals, and last minute (day of) bookings.
-Fill s’mores kits and restock skewers.
-Fill indoor fire feature with Clean Burn fuel.
-Keep coffee stocked.
-Preform Inventory and restock.
-Restock/Clean bathrooms (check often)
-Sweep/Mop Floors as well as dust surfaces.
-Contact any guests that have not arrived.
-Communicate via notes to morning shift.
-Clean (sanitize) work stations and empty garbage cans.
-Clean coffee station and properly store condiments for morning staff.

Special Requirements

ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH STAFF AND CLIENTS VIA PHONE AND IN PERSON.
