Job description
Oversee and execute preparation of pastries, cakes, breads and other baked goods. Supervise and train pastry cooks who will help with preparing and executing orders. Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant procedures and policies. Develop new menu items.
Special Requirements
Will accept 12 months related experience as Pastry Cook, or related role.
Standing for prolonged periods and lifting may be required.
