DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
In consideration of my employment by Pacifica Personnel, Inc. or one of its affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, or parent companies (collectively, the Company) and the mutual covenants in this Agreement our Clients, the Company, and I agree that this Dispute Resolution Agreement (this Agreement) will apply to all covered legal claims between the Company and me. This Agreement is an arbitration agreement governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. sections 1 et seq., and evidences a transaction involving commerce.
This arbitration agreement will be signed as part of the employee work contract.
