Job description
Stewards who will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, polishing silver, maintaining equipment and work areas in clean and organized condition, stocking kitchen supplies and food items/condiments for restaurant, sweeping and mopping kitchen and restaurant floors, sorting and removing trash, and assisting with the washing, peeling, and cutting of vegetables and other food preparation work (without cooking) required by the Head Chef.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 5:00pm, 12:00pm – 7:00pm, or 3:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club.
