Job description
Duties include: Early morning production support: Assist the baker to bake muffins, popovers and setting up the line. Help in all cooking responsibilities such as mixing ingredients, making batter, pouring the batter in molds and baking it, decorating the baked products;
Food prep and making sandwiches and salads to order;
Breaking down the line, cleaning the work area and safely storing food away and restocking; Cleaning dishes, machines, utensils, floor.

*5 or 6 shifts per week, 6am to 2pm, but may vary. Workers may work any day of the week and will work up to 8 hours per day. However, their schedules will vary, their days off will vary, but the total number of hours worked for the week will 40.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. 40 hours per week
* Employer will not provide but will assist the employees in finding appropriate housing if needed; Rent will not be deducted from the employees’ paychecks.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59 p/day with receipts.
Workers will be provided with the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform their duties at no charge.
The employer will reimburse the H–2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H–2B worker except for passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker.
