Clean ,Organize, fold all food and beverage table linens, napkins, wash cloth, table skirts, bathroom hand towels, cleaning rags, spa/gym/pool towels, massage room sheets, laundry. load & operate washers & dryers & extractors, Clean buildings internal and external. wipe down stair rails, pressure wash sidewalk, exterior building, change lightbulbs, use blower on outside debri on walkways, remove cobwebs, mop, sweep, dust, climb ladder, touch up walls and signs with paint, set outside dining area with heaters, assist with setting dance floor as
needed. Must lift/ move up to 40Ibs, must bend frequently.

Shift 7a-4p, 4p-11p. Must work any of the 7 days of wk.
Days off rotate, holidays req. o/t possible.

Must lift/ move up to 40lbs, must bend frequently. Must pass pre-employment drug test+security background check + routine references checks. Pre-employment drug test+security background check + routine references checks will be carried out equally between us +h2b workers. No min edu.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes 50% of the employment period covered by the job order. Return transportation + daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, will be provided or paid for, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the employment period. we will arrange, cover the reasonable cost of inbound travel, w/ daily subsistence expenses. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical + reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
we will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. (excl passport fees)
we will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, + equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
On the job training will be provided to workers.
pay is bi-weekly
guarantees offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the ttl employment period.
all deductions required by law will be made.
Voluntary shared housing secured off-property. Fully equip kitchen to prepare meals. er will also provide 1 meal per shift worked at no cost.
we will provide daily transportation, at no cost, to and from the workplace for any temporary workers electing voluntary shared housing, who do not have their own vehicle.
All er provided transportation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws & regulations, & must provide, at a minimum, the same vehicle safety standards, driver licensure requirements, and vehicle insurance as required under 49 CFR parts 390, 393, & 396.
Special Requirements
