Job description
Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and places oyster meats into containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. Work is supervised. 10 day(s) on the job training provided.
Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary. Employer paid drug test is Upon Suspicion (Post Employment). Worker is expected to shuck 8 pounds of oysters per hour after 10 days on the job training. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
