Supervisors will ensure there is adequate staffing, therefore, cross training does not mean covering multiple positions/unattainable work expectations. No matter what kitchen, employees are expected to complete Job Task Checklists each day. Each job checklist has a prep list, a serving time window with tasks that maintains customer serving standards in the kitchen, and a cleaning section for tasks that are done after the kitchen is done serving food to customers. All tasks are accompanied by the time needed to have the tasks completed. All job station checklists must be completed each day of work.
