Farm Mechanic

Job description

Repair Farm equipment, use laptops in the office to order parts, fill out maintenance records, check for current insurances and registration
cards, fueling and greasing all equipment and checking oil.

Employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and the Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (COMPS order) #38.

Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 “peak weeks” for highly seasonal employers.

We dont want to lose any more time on this application, so we are submitting the Job Order again and requesting Emergency processing. These employers urgently need their workers on 2/01/25 in order for their crop to not be adversely affected. This application is intended to replace H-300-24324-486266.
