Job description
Food Service Supervisors will be responsible for assigning duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements, training workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures, supervising and participating in dining area cleaning activities, observing and evaluating workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards are met, setting up the restaurant, coordinating banquets, inventory controls, resolving complaints regarding food and beverage quality and service, and monitoring food and beverage preparation methods and presentation of food and beverage. May supervise up to thirty (30) Servers.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 2:00pm to 10:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm, or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, private club, community, or association.
