Job description
Restaurant Supervisors will be responsible for managing food service operations or parts of operations, seating, ensuring tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner, ensure and assist guests in receiving food in a timely and correct manner, and providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Restaurant Supervisors will also be responsible for checking with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and taking action to correct any problem. May supervise up to ten (10) Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM – 2:00PM, 10:00AM – 5:00PM, or 12:00PM – 7:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
