Job description
Supervisors of Food Preparation will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. They will be responsible for overseeing the front of the house, resolving customer complaints regarding food service, compiling and balancing cash receipts at the end of the day or shift, presenting bills and accepting payments, helping coordinate schedules, marketing needs, and other administrative tasks in the food and beverage department. Other responsibilities include quality control and inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Supervisors of Food Preparation will supervise up to thirteen (13) Servers and Runners.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 6:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, or 2:00pm-10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
