Job description
Cafe Managers will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Director in supervising and coordinating the activities of food preparation and service workers. This will include managing food service operations or parts of operations, balancing receipts and providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. May supervise up to twenty-five (25) people, including Pizza Makers, Ice Cream Station Attendants, Grill Cooks, Cashiers, and Server Attendants.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort or private club.
