Job description
Prepare, cook, and assemble food in a food service establishment. Prep and chop ingredients as needed for meals, portion ingredients accurately, heat items to the correct serving temperatures on the grill top. Manage the fryer basket to ensure food is properly cooked and served. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food service buffet line space. Clean dish area, prep stations, freezers, refrigerators, floors, and trash disposal areas to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently. Receive delivery orders and store delivery order items on shelves. Restock kitchen shelves with food items. Carry food items from kitchen to dining areas. Complete inventory of food items. Adhere to local, state, and federal food service safety regulations.
Special Requirements
Hours vary between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday with the primary
shift being 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The shift start and end times may vary
based on company needs.
