Job description

Arrange wreaths, garlands, and seasonal decor on trees, shrubs, following landscape design plans consisting of photographs of client homes that indicate the exact placement of decorations.
Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, or trowels, to prepare garden beds or clear debris like leaves and branches for clean installation sites.
Plant or position decorative elements, such as ground-based displays in soil or mulch to create festive landscapes.
Spread or secure protective materials, such as mulch or fabric, to stabilize ground-based decorations and prevent damage to lawns or plants.
Rake, gather, and remove litter, old decorations, or natural debris (e.g., fallen leaves, twigs) to keep worksites clean and safe.
Transport materials and decor to worksites using company vehicles, such as vans or pickup trucks. Vehicles are used to transport crew, equipment and materials to and from the worksite.

Special Requirements

- Must be willing and able to tolerate very hot or very cold temperatures.
- Must be willing and able to tolerate loud noises.
- Must be available entire contract period.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to perform physical labor.
- May conduct post-hire, employer-paid drug testing.

Special Requirements and Provisions:
-Additional Schedule Information: Schedule varies (days of the week and shift times). Additional hours may be offered. May be required to work weekends.
-Multiple Worksites: All worksite locations are within driving distance of primary worksite location.
-Pay Assurance: Employer will pay the highest of all prevailing wages for all worksite locations throughout the entire period of employment.
-Additional Information about Wage: Employer may offer a bonus depending on experience and merit.
-Daily Transportation to the Primary Worksite: Employer offers a ride to the primary worksite location to workers living within a reasonable commute.
-Daily Transportation from the Primary Worksite: Daily Transportation is provided to all worksites from primary worksite.
-Housing: Employer may provide optional housing to workers who do not reside within a reasonable commute to primary worksite location.
-Deductions from pay: Employer may provide optional housing at $400/month if available.
