Job description
Culinary Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a kitchen and ensuring that all culinary activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards such as preparing food and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Culinary Supervisors will also be responsible for overseeing staff schedules, managing inventory, assisting with menu planning, and training kitchen staff as needed. May supervise up to three (3) Dishwashers and six (6) Cooks. Culinary Supervisors may need to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
